General questions, change in address, or help with an order must be sent via email. Response times may vary if reached out to thru social media. Please read the following, it might answer your concerns.

Shipping
  • Please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship out. It is important that your order is packaged and processed with detailed care. 

USPS will be the main delivery service in use for all orders. Please consider this for orders that might be taking longer than normal to get delivered.

 

Non-delivery

  • Please contact the shipping company used if your package has not arrived. Sabtiehl Studios not responsible for lost packages once they are en route to shipping address. File a claim through the shipping company to see if there is insurance on your package. Report your non-delivery within 72 hours of the package saying it has been delivered. Tracking codes aren't 100% accurate, if a package shows delivered, many times your package will show up the next day or two.
Missing Items
  • Contact via email within 48 hours of expected delivery date if an item is missing. Any discrepancies found on the processing end will be acknowledged appropriately. Contact after the 48 hour mark is left to owner's discretion in handling.
  
Returns, Refunds, Cancellations
  • Returns: Sabtiehl Studios does not accept returns. Everything is packaged by hand with care and inspected before being turned over to the shipping company. Any damages incurred during the shipping process is not a liable cause.
  • Refunds: All sales are final. If you request a refund it is up to my discretion whether or not it will be permitted.
  • Cancellations: All sales are final. Cancellations will not be accepted, except for certain circumstances at the owner's discretion. 

  
Printify
  • Prints purchased thru the third party Printify will be delivered separately from any handmade pieces. If you have any issues with this service, you can email  info@sabtiehl.art for any processing updates or concerns.

Finally
  • This store is a small business re-learning its footing. Compassion and understanding will be a two way street with our customer service.
