Welcome to Sabtiehl Studios. I love that you found us! Have fun looking around, but please familiarize yourself with what shopping here looks like!
Non-delivery
- Please contact the shipping company used if your package has not arrived. Sabtiehl Studios not responsible for lost packages once they are en route to shipping address. File a claim through the shipping company to see if there is insurance on your package. Report your non-delivery within 72 hours of the package saying it has been delivered. Tracking codes aren't 100% accurate, if a package shows delivered, many times your package will show up the next day or two.
Missing Items
- Contact via email within 48 hours of expected delivery date if an item is missing. Any mistakes found on the processing end will be acknowledged appropriately. Contact after the 48 hour mark is left to owner's discretion in handling.
Printify
- Prints purchased thru the third party Printify will be delivered separately from any handmade pieces. If you have any issues with this service, you can email info@sabtiehl.art for any processing updates or concerns.
Finally
