Refund policy

Returns
Returns are only accepted on a case by case situation. Everything is packaged with care and inspected before being handed over to the shipping company. Responsibility for any damages that might happen to the package.
Refunds
All sales are final. If you request a refund it is up to the store owner's discretion whether or not it will be permitted.
Cancellations
All sales are final, cancellations will not be accepted. Email details for exception.

If items arrive bent or damaged due to carrier we are happy to issue a reshipment of original product if available. All items that are hand crafted and or customized are not eligible for a refund. Any refunds will be processed after original item has arrived. We appreciate you and your support.
